With you every step of the way.

Therapy for women and adolescents in Massachusetts and New Hampshire — finding calm, connection, and confidence again.

You’ve been holding it all together for everyone else.
But lately, it feels like you’re running on fumes. You’re trying to manage work, relationships, family, maybe parenting — and it’s all just… too much. You’re snapping more than you want to, your mind won’t stop spiraling, and you don’t even feel like yourself anymore.

You’re not alone in feeling this way — and you don’t have to keep pushing through it alone, either.

It’s possible to feel grounded again.

To have more patience in your relationships, to wake up feeling like you can breathe, and to feel connected to who you are — not just the version of yourself that’s constantly “doing.” Therapy can be a space to slow down, untangle what’s been building, and start to feel more steady from the inside out.

Treatment Focus? About Amy Corbett Counseling?

Prioritzing space and care for you isn’t selfish, in fact, I being open to support and assistance is an indication of strength. We are all deserving of support and time to sow down

Reaching out for support can be difficult, but  it can also be the first step on a journey of healing, discovery, wellness, and care for yourself.  I’m glad you’re here!  I have provided individual therapy to adults, young adults, adolescents, and new parents for over twenty years and enjoy supporting others in learning about themselves, developing adaptive ways to manage distress, and feeling more connected to their experiences. Humans have a natural capacity for healing and growth; and through our work together, I support participants in exploring “stuck” places and living a more authentic, integrated life.

Patient Promise?

I believe the therapeutic match is an important and unique relationship that takes time to cultivate and encourage my clients to vocalize if the match doesn’t feel quite right so that we can work together to find a better option.
